Seasonal palettes
Let a holiday palette and its mine & flag art take over around Halloween, Christmas and a few others. Your own choice comes back afterwards.
Gameplay
Swap mouse buttons
Left click flags, right click opens.
Chording
Both buttons, middle click, or a right click on a number opens its unflagged neighbours.
Start taps in flag mode
On touch screens, tapping flags by default instead of opening.
Confetti
The celebration burst on a win.
Share your cursor
Teammates in a co-op room see which cell you are hovering.
Show reactions
See the reactions and cell pings other players send in your room. Turning this off does not stop you sending them.
Keyboard controls
Arrow keys or WASD move a cursor on the board. Space or Enter reveals, F flags, Escape hides it.
Sound
Sound effects
8-bit blips for reveals, flags, cascades, wins and losses. Off by default.
Volume
Preview plays a reveal blip at this level.
HUD
Timer
The live clock. Runs are still timed for the summary either way.
Flag counter
Mines remaining, next to the board.
PVP progress bars
Yours and your opponent's, during a race.
Cell size
A ceiling, not a fixed size — boards still shrink to fit your screen.
